3  Take 2 minute SHORT SURVEYS on your phone

       (It’s fun!)  Up to 75 surveys

4  NWHDM gets $1.60 for each completed survey!

5  Participation period for our 2054 Survey:

     Feb 11 - March 18

6  100% of money goes to our school, construction

        and programs

7  Support us without touching your wallet!

8  We completly fund the Northwest Haiti Deaf School,  

        including meals & weekend food for students’ families
